To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Vulcan Chef’sCombi:

  • Use filtered water that meets Vulcan’s required quality standards.
  • Perform regular deliming using CHEF-STICK Care Sticks.
  • Clean the cooking chamber daily using CHEF-TAB detergent tabs.
  • Inspect and clean door seals weekly for proper sealing.
  • Use the built-in service diagnostic system for routine system checks.
  • Avoid operation with untreated hard water to prevent scale damage.
  • Damage from poor water quality or lack of maintenance is not covered under warranty.
