Care & Maintenance

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Vulcan Chef’sCombi oven:

  • Use only water that meets Vulcan’s quality specifications (hardness, TDS, pH, chlorine levels).
  • Install a proper water filtration or softening system based on your local water conditions.
  • Clean the interior daily using approved Chef’sCombi detergent tabs.
  • Perform regular deliming using Chef’sCombi care sticks.
  • Inspect door seals and rotating panels for debris and residue.
  • Never operate the unit without proper water pressure (15–87 psig).
  • Schedule periodic professional servicing for best results.

Damage caused by poor water quality or lack of maintenance is not covered under warranty.
