Daily Cleaning

  • Use Chef’sCombi Detergent Tabs for automated cleaning cycles.
  • Wipe down exterior stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth.
  • Empty and clean grease pans regularly.

Descaling

  • Use Chef’sCombi Deliming Care Sticks to prevent scale buildup in the steam generator.
  • Follow manufacturer-recommended descaling intervals.

Water Quality

Your water supply must meet Vulcan’s specifications to avoid damage:

  • Pressure: 15–87 psig (30–60 recommended)
  • Hardness: 3.5–11.6 grains
  • Chlorine/Chloramine: 0 ppm
  • TDS: < 60 ppm

Damage caused by improper water quality is not covered under warranty.
