At NexCore Supply we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here's how it works:
Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.
Return Initiation
A return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery by contacting Customer Service at support@nexcoresupply.com
or (912)-288-9775. Upon review, NexCore Supply will issue return instructions, an RMA number, and a prepaid return label, if applicable.
Eligibility Requirements
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Proof of purchase is required. Products must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization using a trackable courier.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by NexCore Supply for all approved returns.
Refund Terms
Change of Mind: Eligible within 7 days of receipt; subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Defective or Damaged Products: Must be reported within 48 hours with photo or video evidence; customers may receive a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Incorrect Product: NexCore Supply will arrange pickup and ship the correct item.
Non-Delivery: If a shipment is confirmed lost, a replacement or full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations: Full refunds apply if the order has not shipped; otherwise, standard return procedures apply.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Processing may take up to 30 days, depending on the customer’s bank.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, intimate/sanitary goods (unless unopened), gift cards, and digital/downloadable products are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items at no additional cost.

Care & Maintenance

- Clean all food-contact surfaces after each use using warm water and mild, food-safe detergent.
- Do not use abrasive pads or harsh chemicals, as they may damage stainless steel and aluminum components.
